Its compact, low-profile roof-mount design provides active ventilation whenever adequate sunlight is available, helping exhaust hot, stagnant attic air while drawing replacement air through properly sized soffit or other intake vents.
Automatic Temperate Control
The 25W model features an automatic thermostat that activates the fan when attic temperatures reach approximately 85°F and shuts it off when temperatures fall to approximately 70°F. This allows the fan to respond automatically to attic heat without requiring manual operation.
