Below you will find our products and warranty coverage:
Solar Attic Fans
Our solar fans carry a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects.
Shingle Serum
Shingle Serum carries a limited 7-Year warranty against manufacturer defects.
Radiant X
Radiant X carries a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects.
Draft Master
The Draft Master offers a 10-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturer defects.
What Our Warranty Covers:
Our warranties cover defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal use and proper installation.
If a covered manufacturing defect is confirmed, The Attic Depot will repair or replace the product at our discretion.
What Our Warranty Does Not Cover
The warranty does not cover:

Labor costs for removal or reinstallation

Improper installation

Improper maintenance

Misuse or abuse

Product modifications

Normal wear and aging

Damage caused by accidents

Damage caused by weather events or Acts of God, including but not limited to hail, wind, flooding, lightning, fire, or other natural disasters

Damage resulting from conditions outside the intended use of the product

Warranty Claims
If you believe you have a warranty claim:

Contact The Attic Depot before removing or returning the product.

Provide your order information and a description of the issue.

Include photographs or videos if requested.

Our team will review the claim and determine the appropriate resolution.
If the claim is approved, The Attic Depot will provide instructions for the next steps, which may include repair or replacement of the product.
Important Information
Our warranties apply only to manufacturing defects and are subject to evaluation by The Attic Depot.
The Attic Depot reserves the right to inspect products before approving warranty claims.
Replacement of a product under warranty does not extend or restart the original warranty period unless required by applicable law.
